ADDY is your easy-to-use, 24-hour electronic Phone Teller. Use a touch-tone phone to make a wide range of transactions on your Genisys account. ADDY is completely menu-driven and will guide you through all of your transactions.

With ADDY, you have the following services available to you:

  • Account balances and transaction inquiries.
  • Transfers within an existing account or to different member accounts.
  • Bill Payment services.
  • Apply for a loan.
  • Check loan status information.
  • Withdraw funds by a check that will be sent to your address on record.
  • Cleared check and deposit information.
  • Interest and dividend information.
  • Loan information.
  • Payroll information.
  • Tax information.
  • Check loan rates.
  • Estimate a loan payment.

ADDY is available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week at no charge. There is even a toll free number for members outside the (248) area code.
