DAVID STOLK

Director
Dave Stolk is a Project Specialist in the Service Department at General Motors Service Parts Operation. He has been a member of the Credit Union since 1981. Mr. Stolk served as a Supervisory Committee Member from 1992 until 1998. He was elected to the Board of Directors in 1994 where he currently serves. Mr. Stolk is the Chairperson of the Nominating Committee. He also serves on the Investment Committee and the Loan Review Committee.

GREGORY MELEGA
Manager-Capital Analysis for General Motors North American Product Development
Director
Gregory Melega, a graduate of John Carroll University, is the Manager of Capital Analysis for General Motors North America Product Development located at the Warren Technical Center. He has been a member of the Credit Union since 1982. Mr. Melega served as a Supervisory Committee Member from 1992 until 1994. He was then elected to the Board for Directors where he currently serves. Mr. Melega is the Chairperson of the Personnel Policy Committee and also serves on the Branch Planning Committee, Investment Committee.

KATHLEEN KALIS
Product Programs Financial Analyst

Kathleen Kalis, an MBA graduate of Wayne State University, is a Product Programs Financial Analyst for General Motors North America Product Development at the General Motors Truck Product Center. She has been a member of the Credit Union since 1990. Mrs. Kalis served as a Supervisory Committee Member from 1994 until 2004. She was elected to the Board of Directors in 1999 where she currently serves. Mrs. Kalis is the Chairperson of the Conference Committee and also serves on the Personnel Policy Committee, Branch Planning Committee, and the Loan Review Committee.

DIANNE ADDINGTON
President/CEO of T & C Federal Credit Union
Treasurer of the Board
Dianne Addington, has an MBA from Central Michigan University, and is the President/CEO of T & C Federal Credit Union. A member of the credit union in excess of 20 years, Ms.Addington has served as Director since March 1989. Ms. Addington has been the Treasurer of the Board of Directors for fifteen years. She currently serves on the Personnel Policy Committee, Asset/Liability Committee, Branch Planning Committee, Investment Committee, Loan Review Committee, and Conference Planning Committee. Ms. Addington’s educational and professional background in business administration and human resources continue to be an asset to T & C Federal Credit Union.

BRIEN RALSTON
Retired from General Motors
Director
Brien Ralston, a graduate of Furman University, is retired from General Motors and currently does accounting work for small businesses. He has been a member of the Credit Union since 1981. Mr. Ralston served as a member of the Supervisory Committee from 1990 until 1992. He was then elected to the Board of Directors where he currently serves. Mr. Ralston is the Chairperson of the Investment Committee and also serves on the Nominating Committee, and Loan Review Committee.

PATRICK SHAFFER
Manager of Retail and Fleet Incentives at General Motors Renaissance Center
Director
Patrick Shaffer, a graduate of Central Michigan University, is a Manager of Retail and Fleet Incentives at General Motors Renaissance Center. He has been a member of the Credit Union since 1984. Mr. Shaffer served as a Supervisory Committee Member from 1991 until 1994. He was then elected to the Board of Directors where he currently serves. Mr. Shaffer is the Chairperson of the Branch Planning Committee, and also serves on the Personnel Policy Committee.

JAMES STANLEY
Secretary of the Board
James Stanley, retired from General Motors Pontiac East Assembly. He has been a member of the Credit Union since 1968. Mr. Stanley served as a member of the Supervisory Committee from 1980 until 1985. He was elected to the Board of Directors in 1978 where he currently serves. During these years, Mr. Stanley has served on every committee and held all officer positions on the Board of Directors. He is currently the Secretary of the Board and also serves on the Branch Planning Committee, and the Loan Review Committee.

Vice-Chairperson of the Board
Mark Churay, a graduate of GMI and Oakland University, is the Manager of ISO 9001 for General Motors North America at GM’s Warren Technical Center. He has been a member of the Credit Union since 1990. Mr. Churay was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2005. Mr. Churay is currently the Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors and serves on the Loan Review Committee, and the Nominating Committee.

Pete DeVita is a Quality Network Representative at the General Motors Truck Product Center. He has been a member of the Credit Union since 1979. Mr. DeVita was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Committee in 1998 until 2005. Mr. DeVita is currently Chairperson of the Board of Directors and also serves on the Investment Committee, Loan Review Committee, and the Personnel Policy Committee.

Steve Branch, a graduate of University of Michigan-Flint is the Manager of North American Project Control at Centerpoint in Pontiac. He has been a member of the Credit Union since 1991. Mr. Branch was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Committee in 2005 where he currently serves.

David Taylor, a graduate of Indiana University and an MBA graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University, is currently a Finance Manager-Special Suppliers for the World Wide Purchasing organization at General Motors. He has held numerous broad-based financial assignments for GM, both the U.S. and Europe. Mr. Taylor joined T & C Federal Credit Union when T & C’s charter was expanded. He has been a member of the Credit Union since 2000. He was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Committee in 2000 where he currently serves as Chairperson.

DEBRA EHRMANN
Health Care Supervisor with Clinica Santa Teresa in a project coordinated between Easter Seals and St. Joseph Mercy - Oakland.
Supervisory Committee Member
Debra has been Chairperson of The Oakland Coalition of Hispanic Service Agencies for nearly 3 years and is considered a leader in the Hispanic Community. Mrs. Ehrmann was appointed by Governor Granholm to the Commission on Spanish Speaking Affairs where she currently serves. Mrs. Ehrmann attended Wayne State University and worked as a Senior Staff Representative and Catastrophic Specialist for a National Insurance Company. She was appointed by the Board of Directors of Genisys Credit Union to serve on Genisys's Supervisory Committee in September 2006.
