If your Debit Mastercard is lost or stolen, please contact Genisys as soon as possible. You may call 248-858-2323 ext. 2168, e-mail, use our online chat service, or visit any Genisys branch location.

If you need to report your lost or stolen card after business hours, you may call 888-241-2510 in the U.S. or 1-909-941-1398 outside the U.S. Please follow up with Genisys the next business day.

Before a new card can be issued, you must complete and sign an affirmation form.

Lost/Stolen Visa Platinum

If your Visa card is lost or stolen, please contact Genisys as soon as possible. You may call 1-248-858-2323 ext. 2169 , e-mail, use our online chat service, or visit any Genisys branch location.

If you need to report your lost or stolen card after business hours, you may call 1-800-991-4965. Please follow up with Genisys the next business day.

If you have been notified by our Fraud Alert Management Team please call - 1-800-437-9392 or 1-800-890-5097. To call collect outside the US 1-727-227-2447.
